Mental Health

As part of its "Mental Health" programme, the Academy regularly offers opportunities to learn methods and practical exercises that support mental well-being. These include relaxation techniques, strategies for dealing with stressful situations, eye yoga, and non-violent communication. Participation is free of charge.

In addition, health courses such as autogenic training are organised, which are paid for by participants themselves. Since the Academy provides adequate rooms free of charge, most staff members can easily take advantage of these offerings without the need to travel far. Active Breaks

"Aktive Breaks" take place several times a year and usually consist of eight half-hour training sessions. Trainers from the Göttingen University Sports Centre provide fitness sessions at Geiststraße 10 and also demonstrate exercises that can easily be performed at a desk or in the office.
