Reporting Channels

The internal reporting office of the Göttingen Academy of Sciences and Humanities is managed by Ms. Annelies Stolle. You can submit reports through the following channels (in German or English):

By Email:

It is possible to submit a report via email. Please use only the Academy’s internal reporting office email address: hinweisgeberschutz@adwgoe.de.

Before submitting your report, please note the following: if your report contains personal data, i.e., any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, we recommend not using email. Unauthorised parties could access or manipulate the transmitted information without the sender or recipient being aware. In particular, the confidentiality of your identity may be compromised.

If you wish to remain anonymous, it is recommended to call with a suppressed number. A written record summarising the content of the phone report will be prepared.

In Person:

The internal reporting office also accepts reports in person. Please schedule an appointment in advance, either in writing or by phone. The conditions of the meeting, especially any requests for confidentiality, will be agreed upon beforehand. With your consent, the meeting can also take place via audio and video transmission. A written record summarising the content of the in-person report will be prepared.
