Degree course in computer science at Kiel University with a special focus on computer graphics and optimization problems. Master degree in November 2015.

Born 18 November 1986 in Gräfelfing
2011–2014 PhD student at the Institute for Nordic Philology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich in the project Runic Writing in the Germanic languages (RuneS) at the research unit Göttingen.

Klaus Johann Myrvoll
Klaus Johann Myrvoll, Dr. phil. from the University of Oslo, gained his PhD in 2015 with a dissertation on the chronology of Skaldic poetry (Kronologi i skaldekvæde. Distribusjon av metriske og språklege drag i høve til tradisjonell datering og attribuering). In 2016, he carried out graphemic studies regarding the manuscript runes and wrote up a study about the Runica manuscripta for the module "Graphemics" as a commissioned work for the research unit Göttingen.

From August until December 2013 research fellow in the international project Reading and interpreting runic inscriptions: the theory and method of runology at the Centre for Advanced Study, Norwegian Academy for Science and Letters, Oslo.
From November until December 2016, and again from October until December 2017 and from January until December 2019 research assistant and researcher in the project Evighetsrunor at Riksantikvarieämbetet, Stockholm. 2014-2017 doctoral candidate at Munich University with a thesis on the topic "Frisian Runes (Edition)" in the Academy project Runic Writing in the Germanic Languages (RuneS), research unit Eichstätt-München.
Academic career:
Degree course in English and Romance Languages at Munich University and the Royal Holloway University of London with a special focus on English historical linguistics and mediaeval literature. M.A. degree in June 2013 with a thesis on the Bavarian Runica Manuscripta.
Lecturer at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (winter term 2014/15) und Munich University (summer term 2015–summer term 2016).
Main research interests:
Runes (Old English and Old Frisian), the archaeology of the Dutch coastal regions in the Early Middle Ages.
